In this section, you have a variety of controls to customize the Twitter Button on your webpage.

  • Type – Choose the type of Twitter Button you want to display. Options may include follow, mention, share, or hashtag.
  • Follow User – Specify a Twitter username to be followed. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘follow’.
  • Mention User – Specify a Twitter username to be mentioned. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘mention’.
  • Hashtag – Specify a hashtag associated with the button. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘hashtag’.
  • Show Count – Choose whether to display the follower count next to the button. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘follow’.
  • Via Username – Add a via username for sharing tweets. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘share’.
  • Show Screen Name – Toggle to display the user’s screen name on the follow button. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘follow’.
  • Text to Tweet – Customize the default text to be tweeted when the button is clicked. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘share’.
  • URL to Tweet – Choose a predefined URL to be tweeted. This option is available only when the ‘Type’ is set to ‘share’.
  • Custom URL – Enter a custom URL to be tweeted. This option is available only when ‘URL to Tweet’ is set to ‘custom’.

Design Controls

Size

In this section, you can adjust the size of the Twitter Button to ensure it fits perfectly within your webpage design. Choose from predefined size options to find the one that suits your layout.

  • Size – Select a size for the Twitter Button from the dropdown menu.

Spacing

Manage the spacing around the Twitter Button to enhance its positioning on your webpage. Adjust the top and bottom margins to ensure the button is well-aligned with other page elements.

  • Margin Top – Increase or decrease the space above the Twitter Button.
  • Margin Bottom – Increase or decrease the space below the Twitter Button.
