This document discusses the Query Data Point in Breakdance. The Query data point allows you to retrieve data from a URL parameter or UTM tag on the front end. The Query data point may be generally used in the same place as a String data point.
Add a Text element to Breakdance and click the database icon in the properties pane next to Text label. When the Dynamic Data Popup opens, scroll down to the Query section and select your data point. After you select the data point, click the caret next to it and enter the URL parameter name you’d like to display, or select the UTM tag.
Please note that the query value will not show in Breakdance, as the editor does not know the value of the parameter or tag.
