Cart

Use Cart Page for a complete cart, or arrange the individual cart elements to create your own layout. WooCommerce supplies the customer's cart contents and calculates totals.

Customize the Cart Page

  1. Find the page assigned under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Cart page.
  2. Open that page with Edit in Breakdance and add Cart Page inside a Section.
  3. From the Design tab, open Layout to arrange the contents and totals and set their responsive stacking. Save your changes.

Use WooCommerce Global Settings for shared buttons, quantity inputs, and notices. Keep one cart layout on the page; remove any duplicate cart block or shortcode output.

Individual Cart Elements

Instead of Cart Page, arrange these elements in Sections, Columns, or other layout containers:

Element Displays
Cart Contents Product rows, quantity fields, removal links, and coupon controls
Cart Totals Totals and the checkout button
Cart Cross Sells Cross-sell products assigned to items in the cart
Cart Empty Message The empty-cart message and return-to-shop link

The cart's output changes when it is empty. Cross-sells come from the products' linked-product settings in WooCommerce.

For a cart dropdown or sidebar in your header, use Mini Cart.
