Zapier Integration

Zapier receives form data through the Webhook action; it is not a separate item in the action chooser.

Connect a Zap

1. In Zapier, create a webhook trigger and copy its receiving URL.
2. In Form Builder, select Webhook under Actions > Actions After Submission in the Content tab and paste the URL into Webhook URL.
3. Under Field Map, map each Field Name to a Field Value, such as email to {email}. Save the form.
4. Submit sample data so Zapier can identify the fields, map them into the subsequent steps, and enable the automation.
