How Inactivity Is Measured

Mouse movement or a keypress restarts the inactivity timer. The timer checks once per second.

The trigger attempts opening once per page load. Closing the popup does not start another inactivity period; reload the page to run it again.

The popup’s location, conditions, and display limits must allow it to open. See Popup Triggers for shared trigger behavior.
