Menu Builder

Menu Builder creates navigation from child elements. Use WP Menu for navigation maintained in WordPress instead.

Build a Menu

1. Add Menu Builder to your page or header.
2. Under Content > Content > Elements, add Menu Link, Menu Button, Menu Dropdown, or Menu Custom Dropdown. Configure each item and reorder it in Structure.
3. Set shared link and dropdown styles under Design > Desktop Menu; individual dropdowns can override them.

Menu Elements

Element	Use
Menu Link	One destination.
Menu Button	A button destination.
Menu Dropdown	Link columns with titles, descriptions, icons/images, and an optional second section.
Menu Custom Dropdown	A dropdown panel containing child elements.
Menu Custom Area	Custom visible content, optionally opening a dropdown.

Menu Builder content belongs to its document. When used in a header, the header’s conditions determine where it appears.

Mobile Menu

Under Design > Mobile Menu, set Show At and choose Default, Fullscreen, or Offcanvas. Offcanvas adds width/position controls; Fullscreen and Offcanvas include a Top Bar. Configure Links, Toggle, and Background.

Show At sets the mobile breakpoint; preview width does not. Keep Menu Selected While Styling controls editor selection behavior. Save to use the menu on the front end.

Navigation Attributes

Add attributes such as aria-label under Content > Content > Accessibility > Attributes. Keep dropdown destinations inside their panels; combining a top-level toggle with a destination conflicts on mobile.

Responsive varies by breakpoint; Hover has a hover value; Shared applies across both. In conditions, = means “is” and ≠ means “is not.”
