Post Excerpt
Post Excerpt displays the current post's excerpt. Use it for an article summary in a template or repeated post card.
Add and configure Post Excerpt
- Click Add, choose Post Excerpt, and place it in the container.
- Place the element where the current post context is available.
- Choose a preview post with an excerpt.
- Configure Design > Size, Typography, and Spacing.
- Save your changes.
This element has no children; use its own controls.
Controls
Responsive varies by breakpoint; Hover has a hover value; Shared applies across both. Linked controls have their own reference. In conditions, = means “is” and ≠ means “is not.”

Check the post's saved excerpt and any WordPress excerpt behavior affecting its output.
Every card shows the same summary
Check the repeated post context rather than replacing the excerpt with fixed text.
