Page Scroll
Page Scroll opens a popup after the visitor scrolls past a percentage of the page or a chosen element enters the viewport.
Add the Page Scroll Trigger
- Go to Breakdance > Popups and open the popup’s Settings.
- Under Popup Opens When, click Add Trigger and set Trigger on to Page Scroll.
- Choose Scrolls to > Percent and enter Percent, or choose Selector and enter the target’s CSS selector.
- Click Save.

Set a Scroll Percentage
Percent measures the page’s scrollable distance. For example, 50 opens after the visitor passes halfway through that distance. The page must be scrollable. Choose a value below 100, because the visitor must exceed the threshold.
Target an Element
Selector watches the first matching element entering the viewport. If that element is already visible, the popup can open immediately.
For example, set an element’s Settings > Advanced > ID to signup-section and enter #signup-section in the trigger’s Selector. Use .class-name to match a class instead.
Both modes attempt opening once per page load. Reload the page to try again.
The popup’s location, conditions, and display limits must allow it to open. See Popup Triggers for shared trigger behavior.
