WP-CLI Commands
Run from the intended WordPress installation, or use --path, with Breakdance active.
Inspect
wp help breakdance
wp breakdance status
wp breakdance check_directoriesstatus reports directory checks and product/Free/Pro mode; version prints only when the checked constant exists. check_directories does not create paths. Use registered underscore command names and installed wp help breakdance <command>.

Clears generated CSS caches/files and regenerates Global Settings CSS. It does not eagerly rebuild every page's CSS. |

Replaces URLs in Breakdance's stored data and regenerates custom font files. Reports affected post-meta rows. |
wp breakdance export_settings [--file=<file>] |
Exports supported Breakdance settings as JSON. Default filename is breakdance_settings_YYYY-MM-DD.json in the working directory. |
wp breakdance import_settings <file> |
Imports a settings export. Requires a readable, valid JSON file in the expected export format. |
wp breakdance license <license_key> |
Sets the key and reports validity/activation information. |
wp breakdance license clear |
Clears the stored key. |
wp breakdance theme on / off |
Enables or disables the WordPress theme system respectively. |
wp breakdance soft_reset |
Refreshes setup resources such as icon sets and fallback templates. This is a site mutation, not just a status check. |
wp breakdance total_reset |
Runs a destructive reset and reinstall sequence after confirmation. Use only when you intend to reset the installation. |
Back up before replacement, import, or reset. Exports are not full backups; protect license keys.
Replace a Domain
wp breakdance replace_url 'https://old.example.com' 'https://new.example.com'
wp breakdance clear_cacheUse exact prefixes. This handles Breakdance data/custom fonts, not the whole WordPress/files/plugin migration. See Tools.
Translation Template
wp breakdance i18n make_pot acme-elements --domain=acme-elementsThe directory is relative to WP_PLUGIN_DIR. This scans element.php names, controls, choices, and preset labels into a POT; it does not translate them.
