Subscription Management

Sign into Customer Portal > Subscriptions with the purchasing account. WordPress license settings do not manage billing.

• View Transactions — Inspect payments.
• Cancel — Start cancellation; confirm and check the resulting status. Refund requests are separate.
• Update Payment Method — For Stripe, add/select a card and confirm with the same button. For PayPal, change the merchant automatic payment's funding source in PayPal.

Switching gateways requires a new purchase, subscription, and license key. Contact support before replacing a discontinued rate. Update affected sites' license keys and check both subscriptions for overlap. See subscription instructions.
