Input Masks
Masks format Text fields as visitors type; they do not validate an answer's meaning.
Apply a Mask
From the Content tab, open Form > Fields, choose Text, and enter a pattern under Advanced > Mask. For a masked phone number, optionally set Autocomplete to tel. Save and try the pattern on the front end.

Tokens
| Token | Meaning |
|---|---|
# |
Digit 0–9. |
0 |
Optional digit. |
9 |
Repeating digit. |
@ |
Letter. |
z |
Multiple letters. |
Z |
Multiple uppercase letters. |
* |
Letter or digit. |
! |
Escape the next character literally. |
Other characters provide fixed formatting: ###-### produces 123-456; @#@ #@# produces K1A 0B1; #### accepts a four-digit year.
Alternative Formats
Enter multiple patterns in Mask:
Code
['###.###.###-##', '##.###.###/####-##']
The mask selects a pattern as the value is entered.

A fixed phone pattern such as (###) ###-#### excludes other formats. Use unmasked Phone Number for varied international numbers; use typed field validation when formatting alone is insufficient.
