Multistep Forms

Multistep forms divide fields into screens. Next validates the current screen; actions run only on final submission.

Add Steps

From the Content tab, open Form > Fields, then add a Step before the first input and before each later group. Every input belongs to the preceding Step until the next marker; inputs above the first marker remain outside the steps.

Step Controls

  • Type — Step.
  • Label — Progress-indicator name.
  • Previous Button Text, Next Button Text — Navigation labels.
  • Icon — Replaces the step number.

The final button uses Form > Submit Text in the Content tab. If Next fails, check required/typed field validation on the front end; builder navigation does not enforce normal visitor validation.
