Sharing and Selling Design Sets
After creating a design set, share its URL so other Breakdance websites can import your designs. You can give access away, deliver it after a purchase, or list the set in the Breakdance Template Marketplace.
Share the Design Set URL
- On the source website, go to Breakdance > Settings > Design Library.
- Copy Shareable URL and give it to the recipient.
- Have the recipient add it under Custom Design Sets on their website, as described below.
Keep the source website hosted and reachable for future browsing and imports. Imported copies belong to the receiving site and remain independent of the source.

Add a Custom Design Set
- On the receiving website, go to Breakdance > Settings > Design Library.
- Paste the supplied URL into Custom Design Sets, with one URL per line.
- Click Save Changes and check for any invalid-set notice.
- Open Add > Library inside Breakdance and choose the new set.
If the creator enabled Full Site Import Enabled, the set is also available under Breakdance > Design Library for full-site installation.

Password Protection
- On the source site's Design Library settings screen, enter a password under Password Protection and save.
- Copy the updated Shareable URL, including its password parameter.
- Give that URL to users who should have access.
A URL containing the password grants access to the set, so treat it as a credential. Users without a valid password in the URL receive a password prompt. Leaving the password empty allows access without password protection.
Changing the password restricts future access; it does not remove designs users have already imported. Password protection also does not hide public pages or disable Enable Copy From Frontend. Turn off frontend copying separately if you do not want public visitors to copy sections.

Enable Frontend Copying
On the source site's Design Library settings screen, check Enable Copy From Frontend and save. Visitors can then copy sections directly from the public website:
- Visit a source page and hover over the section you want to copy.
- Click its yellow Copy to clipboard button.
- Open the destination page in Breakdance and press Cmd/Ctrl + V to paste the section.
The pasted section is an editable copy. Frontend copying does not import the source's shared design settings. Use the library's Import Settings controls when the design needs them.

List a Set in the Marketplace
The Breakdance Template Marketplace lists hosted design sets on Breakdance.com.
- Log in to the Breakdance Customer Portal.
- Open Templates.
- Submit a new template or manage your existing submissions.
As the design-set creator, you provide support for your marketplace customers. Breakdance does not provide support for design sets purchased through the marketplace.
Sell a Design Set
You may sell design sets you create, subject to these restrictions:
- Do not include the Breakdance plugin as a downloadable file with the set.
- Customers must purchase their own Breakdance license. They cannot use your license.
Choose how to deliver the URL and any password after purchase, such as through your store or membership system. The Design Library provides access to designs; it does not handle checkout, payments, or customer accounts.
Update Shared Designs
Save changes to the source pages and Parts to update the designs offered for future imports. Previews are live, but cached item lists can take time to show new entries.
Existing imported copies do not update automatically. Recipients can import an updated design again or edit their existing copies themselves.
Access Problems
If a recipient cannot access the set, check the complete URL and password and confirm that their WordPress server can reach the source. Access from their browser alone does not confirm server connectivity.
If a particular design is missing, check that it has saved Breakdance content and that Hide in Design Set? is unchecked. For missing library entry points, see the library visibility settings.
