ConvertKit Integration

The ConvertKit action sends form field values to ConvertKit.

Connect the Form

1. Add the required form fields, including Email, then select ConvertKit under Actions > Actions After Submission in the Content tab.
2. Configure Use ConvertKit API Key. Default uses site credentials; Custom uses credentials for this form. After correcting an invalid key, click Reload Key.
3. Select the destination and map its fields to Form Field values, then save. Labels do not map automatically; destination choices depend on the connected account.

ConvertKit Settings

Use ConvertKit API Key, Form, Field Mapping > Custom Fields (Field → Form Field), and Tags > Tag. The UI label remains ConvertKit.

Enable Run Action Conditionally and add Conditions to run this action only when all configured field comparisons match.
