Managing Submissions

Open Breakdance > Form Submissions to view and manage entries saved by the Store Submission action.

View and Edit Entries

Use All, Unread, Read, or Trash and date/form filters. Opening an entry marks it read and displays answers, source form/page, metadata, and stored files.

The Actions panel shows success, failure, or skipped actions and available details. Storage does not prove another destination received data.

Edit available field values and click Update, or use trash controls. Editing does not rerun integrations; later form changes can affect older entries' editing controls.

Export

Choose Export all to CSV or Export filtered to CSV. One form produces a CSV; multiple forms produce a ZIP of CSVs. Exports include fields and source/time metadata, retain stored entries; ZIP export also needs server ZIP support.

Access

Administrators have access by default. To change who can manage submissions, see the Form Submission Capability Filter.

Restrict uploaded file access to admin users limits the form download handler, but currently appears only when already enabled. It cannot be initially enabled through that control on a new form. File storage/media-library insertion alone does not make files private.
