Overview
Use the steps below to identify whether a problem comes from caching, another plugin or theme, or the server. Follow the error evidence and involve your host or the relevant plugin provider where needed. If the issue remains, send Breakdance Support the findings.
Troubleshoot the Problem
- Reproduce the issue. Repeat the action so you can check whether each change resolves it. Record the details in the support checklist.
- Clear caches. Follow the cache-clearing instructions.
- Test for conflicts. Follow Plugin and Theme Conflict Testing.
- Check server resources. Ask your host to check the Hosting Requirements, including PHP compatibility and the resources allocated to your site.
