ActiveCampaign Integration

The ActiveCampaign action sends form field values to ActiveCampaign.

Get the API URL and Key

  1. In ActiveCampaign, open Settings > Developer.
  2. Copy the API URL and API Key shown for your user account. See ActiveCampaign’s API setup guide.

Save Shared Credentials

  1. In WordPress, open Breakdance > Settings > API Keys.
  2. Paste the values into ActiveCampaign – API URL and ActiveCampaign – API Key, then click Save Changes.

Choose Default in the form to use these credentials, or Custom to enter credentials for that form only.

Connect the Form

  1. Add the required form fields, including Email, then select ActiveCampaign under Actions > Actions After Submission in the Content tab.
  2. Configure Use ActiveCampaign API Key. Default uses site credentials; Custom uses credentials for this form. After correcting an invalid key, click Reload Key.
  3. Select the destination and map its fields to Form Field values, then save. Labels do not map automatically; destination choices depend on the connected account.

ActiveCampaign Settings

Use ActiveCampaign API Key takes an API key and URL. Select Account, List, and Tags. Field Mapping > Custom Fields maps Field to Form Field; choose the account first.
