Webhook

Webhook sends form data from WordPress as an HTTP POST.

Configure the Request

Select Webhook in Actions > Actions After Submission in the Content tab. Enter Webhook URL, configure Field Map and Headers, then save.

Request Body

Under Field Map > Add data, set Field Name to the endpoint's key and Field Value to a fixed value or field variable. For example, map email to {email} and enquiry to {message}. Variables use Advanced > ID.

An empty map sends the full submission metadata structure, not a flat field list. A value containing only a multiple-choice variable can remain an array.

Headers

Under Headers > Add header, set Header Name and Header Value, optionally containing variables. Content-Type: application/json encodes the body as JSON; otherwise it is normal form data. Add required authentication headers using configured credentials, not visitor-editable fields.

Enable Run Action Conditionally and add Conditions to run this action only when all configured field comparisons match. Endpoints requiring a method other than POST or a complex payload need a custom integration.
