Form Emails
The Email action can send separate notifications, confirmations, and conditional messages.
Configure an Email
Select Email under Actions > Actions After Submission in the Content tab, then edit or add entries under Email > Emails. Configure each entry and save.

- Subject — Subject line; supports field variables.
- To Email — Recipient or comma-separated recipients; use
{email}for the visitor. - From Email — Sender supported by your mail service.
- From Name — Sender name; supports variables.
- Reply To — Reply destination, such as the visitor's
{email}. - Message — Formatted body; use
{all_fields}or individual variables. - Attach uploaded files — Attach this form's uploaded files.
- CC, BCC — Comma-separated additional recipients; BCC hides them from others.
- Send Email Conditionally — Gate this email using Conditions.
- Conditions — Add Condition creates field comparisons; all must match.
Variables use Advanced > ID, not the visible label: first_name becomes {first_name}. Update references after changing IDs.

Confirmations and Routing
Add another email addressed to {email} for a visitor confirmation, keeping your site's From Email. Each email has independent recipients and content.
For routing, enable Send Email Conditionally and choose When field, Operand, and Value. Action-level Run Action Conditionally must pass before per-email conditions are evaluated.

A successful send request does not guarantee inbox delivery. Check recipients, spam folders, and mail-service logs. Missing attachments require Attach uploaded files and compatible form/provider limits; WordPress file retention is configured separately.
