Conditional Form Emails

Each email template in Form Builder can have its own conditions.

This allows you to send different emails depending on the values submitted in the form. For example, you could:

• Send one email when a dropdown field equals “Sales”
• Send a different email when it equals “Support”

If an email does not meet its conditions, it will be skipped automatically. Skipped emails are also recorded in the form submission details for easier debugging and visibility.
